1. Brolga Range:
We are pleased to present our Brolga Range of home designs. These have been designed in-house by our very own Dene Purdon and Russell Meads. 2. Craig Steere Architects – Broome Range (Series 1):
We are proud to be able to offer you an amazing opportunity to select from a range of ‘architecturally’ designed homes from an award winning architect.

3. Broome North:
Broome North is an exciting new development that will provide housing, business opportunities and community facilities for the future expansion of the town. When fully developed, the estate could be home to up to 13,000 people.
We are pleased to announce that Brolga secured 7 lots to offer to the public as house and land packages. Construction of a display home has commenced on one of these lots (refer below) and we still have 3 of the remaining 6 lots available.
a) Waranyjarri Estate
The first estate in Broome North is Waranyjarri Estate. Named from the traditional Yawuru language, Waranyjarri (pronounced Wa-run-jarri) means ‘the first’. And as Broome North’s first estate, it promises to set the standard.
Plans for the Waranyjarri Estate include a primary school, network of walking and cycle paths, public open spaces and a possible service station with a convenience store. Further local amenities, including a town centre, are planned as the Broome North community grows.
b) Waranyjarri Estate Display Village
Prospective purchasers will soon have a wide range of housing choice, with five local and three Perth-based builders being selected for the Kimberley’s biggest display village in Broome North's Waranyjarri Estate.
Construction in the display village has commenced. Our display home is being constructed on on lot 119 and we are ahead of schedule to be ready for the opening of the display village in April 2012. Click here to view the sketch and floor plan.
c) House and Land packages
Brolga still has 3 of the 6 lots (lots 136, 185, & 225) it secured in the Waranyjarri Estate still available to be offered as house and land packages. We have recently released a range of house designs developed by our team as well as a range designed by an award winning architect (see above) to assist you with the design of your home/investment home. Alternatively, you may prefer to meet with our team and have us assist you design your own home or you may even already have plans drawn up by your own architect. 5. Roebuck Estate
Roebuck Estate has recently launched a promotion known as the "Australian Spirit Sale". The promotion will run until ANZAC Day. Click here for further information.
